On the title screen that asks players to "Press Start", hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and enter the following cheats:
Unlock Final Difficulty - DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, UP, UP, RIGHT, LEFT, DOWN
All moves - UP, UP, LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, DOWN, DOWN
Infinite Power Bar - LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN, RIGHT, LEFT, DOWN, UP
Infinite Health - UP, RIGHT, DOWN, LEFT, UP, LEFT, DOWN, RIGHT
Unlock All (?) - DOWN, UP, DOWN, UP, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT
If the codes are not activated on the Press Start screen, press START, load a game, and do the cheats on the screen where you can select Story Mode, Challenge Mode, et al.
